๐ฃ Hostile Baby Mob Taming
Squish doesn't just work on friendly animals... it turns some of Minecraft's scariest mobs into tiny, tame-able companions too.
Certain hostile mobs now have friendly baby versions that don't attack and can be tamed with the right candy. You won't find them wandering around in the wild though! To get one, you'll have to squish an adult first.
๐ฌ How to Tameโ
- Find the adult hostile mob (this is the dangerous part ๐)
- Sneak + Right Click it with regular Squish Candy to shrink it into its baby form
- Once squished, the baby is peaceful and won't attack you
- Feed it the matching themed candy to tame it
Once tamed, they stick around as your loyal little companion.
๐ Candy Pairingsโ
Each baby mob has a specific candy that tames it:
- ๐งจ Explosive Candy โ Baby Creeper
- ๐ Ender Candy โ Baby Enderman
- ๐ Skelly Candy โ Baby Skeleton
- ๐บ Poppy Candy โ Baby Iron Golem (not technically hostile, but i counted it cause it gets hostile if you hit him lol)
Crafting recipes for each candy live on the ๐ฌ Blocks & Items page.
โ ๏ธ Heads Upโ
Squishing an adult hostile mob means you have to walk right up to it first.
The candy only activates when you're sneaking, so you won't accidentally squish that Creeper you were about to fight.
